How to Get Assistance

Step 1 – Complete Our Intake Form

Submit a secure online form with your basic details, housing situation, and the type of help you need. This helps us connect you with the right programs and resources.

Step 2 – Gather Required Documents

Before your first appointment, please prepare:

• Proof of identification (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

• Proof of income (pay stubs, benefits letters, tax returns)

• Proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement)

• Any eviction notices, foreclosure letters, or relevant housing paperwork

Step 3 – Meet With a Housing Counselor

Our HUD-certified counselors will:

Step 4 – Ongoing Support
